Her English is outstanding, in my opinion.
Furthermore, you guys should judge people on their ability to comprehend English, rather than judging someone solely on the ability to write. He's only 15 years old, not everyone is fluent in a foreign language by that age.
@Jason: Just make sure to show improvement in your behaviour.
About your English: You could ask people to help you with improving your English. I'm certain someone in this community would be willing to help you. (Or learn by yourself with something like https://www.duolingo.com/ )

Chris. English isn't problem. Jason knows english at such a level that he understands what we write to him. Breaking our rules was a problem. He promised to be a better player and will not do it again. He still has two weeks to convince us to himself

And about Jason. We'll watch his behaviour&rules following, if he won't change - ofcourse declined, but give him a chance. Also language ain't such big problem.

Sorry but I agree with kokok. Duka it looks like you're just posting for post count. Just look at all past applications. You've posted at least twice in each, I'm sure of it.
And back to Jason, he's a nice guy. Once he follows the rules (that can be fixed) he will be a great addition to your clan. I guarantee it.
