RE: New ND recruiter proposal - ocean - 10-01-2014 but... lemme see, is TEAMMATE level 7 ? I agree the guy would be good choice but I think it would be bit unfair for led in case he is level higher. Before we choose next RCTR lets discuss it a bit. RE: New ND recruiter proposal - $!l3nc3r - 10-01-2014 teammate is lvl 6 on the roster. But is much more active in game and on forum for as far I can see. And the recruiter description is about highly active in game and on forum. I think teammate fits this profile better than led. But if it's only possible for promotion from 7 -> 8 I agree with Led. And FYI I was promoted from lvl 6 -> 8 RE: New ND recruiter proposal - Antho - 10-01-2014 Teammate has been member for a shorter time (3 months shorter than led), that's true. But in this time he has been online on the forums for over 1 month, while led has spent a mere 2 days. Going by these stats I'd say teammate is way more active on the forum. Also, I think that teammate is arguably more active on the server than Led. Teammate also has shown more interest for adminwork in my opinion. RE: New ND recruiter proposal - Kokok - 10-01-2014 Led. Simply. Longer member, no transfering all the time, nicer, more sociable. If we could ask led to spent more time on forum, for sure he would. Teammate? No. Wait more for him, also his behaviour sometimes towards me is unacceptable. RE: New ND recruiter proposal - ocean - 10-01-2014 I hear you all guys TEAM gots advantages and disadvatages. Anthon, I propose to talk with led first and he has to assure us about his much higher activity here, because we won't accept HAs who screw the important threads or forum at all. About TEAM - he has way too much bite tongue but I could say the same about you Kokok lol - that's y you like to fight sometimes and btw. I advise you quit it, especially in case you guys go higher in the ladder TEAM could be chosen as RCTR but he transferred there and there, therefore he seems a bit "unstable", but I fully agree he is actually better "material" for good and active admin, always full of interesting (but not great always ofc) ideas. Anyways I would prefer to talk with Led first Anthon (I actually sent him PM) and enlight him the situation and how much responsibilities it takes. Lets wait for his response (PM again) and there we can decide. One is certain, with current involvement in the clan matters - TEAM is next in the line (or even first if led really shows lack of interest to be more active, without any doubts).
New ND recruiter proposal - $!l3nc3r - 10-01-2014 I agree ocean. Lets talk with led first about his activity on forum and in game. If he want to accept the promotion and take the responsibility for the recruiters job. You've got my yes! If not, then teammate would be a good choice. -TWC|$!l3nc3r|Cldr- RE: New ND recruiter proposal - Ligustah - 10-01-2014 Hey guys, please try to keep in mind that based on the member survey you should try to let the ND members vote on high admin promotions (i.e. not only let high admins discuss this). The preferred way would be narrowing down the candidates to a few people (depending on how many positions need to be filled) and then let the members elect their favorite candidates from those. -- Ligustah RE: New ND recruiter proposal - djuki - 10-01-2014 I just wanted to ad one thing. I dont think it's about making a "fair" choice. Its about putting the right guy on the right spot. And its the job of the supremes to explain why they made their choice. RE: New ND recruiter proposal - Andre - 10-01-2014 Make a poll with the possible new recruiters, and ND people will choose him/them

I don't mean to put the most popular people into high positions. But having been around for such a long time I think I can safely say that there's a vast number of people capable of such tasks, and it's easy to overlook some of them. That is why we wanted to establish a process that would allow people to actually discuss on these matters and maybe bring in names that would have been forgotten otherwise. I should probably mention that, of course, this is also meant to make these decisions fairer as more people are involved with making them, however (as mentioned in my post) the supremes are reserved the right to select from all the possible candidates, so they certainly don't have to work with people that they deem improper for a certain position. |
