I dont think that is good idea. If sb is messing around just take demo and send to high admins, they will care rulebreakers. Personaly i think that NIrv should have commands like splat and kick, so Nirv ask Pride to give you private acl :P

Personally I think it would not be a bad idea to create a specific level to give high admins of other servers a few more commands to keep the peace, since to be a higher admin they need to have proven theirself in the first place. I do think however these people would have to show they have a clear understanding of the differences in the rules for that server, so for example doing some kind of quiz once in a while to show they kept up with the rules of all the servers instead of just their owns. It would take some extra input but would be rewarded.

Well someone dealing with rulebreakers later doesn't stop him from ruining fun for others at that moment.

exactly. people in the server were starting to get pissed at the admins and started to spawnkill with heavy as well because we didnt (and couldn't) do anything against the one spawnkiller.

Not having an admin ingame on a server while things occur that need to be dealt with by an admin, like people who will not stop insulting and thus gotta get a mute, or people breaking the rules etc. has been an issue as old as the clan itself.
It does occur sometimes, but not as much as one might think.
There have been a lot of times people shouted for more commands on lower levels, for more people with high levels and thus more commands, and so on.
We even had actual teams set up. AAT to control admins and AoC to (like this thread suggested) have people from other servers be admin in a server that isnt their homeserver.
There are several things to consider though.
1. There is a limited amount of people eligible to become admin in a server. Not every member, as you can surely agree, is ready to be admin.
2. Due to not everyone being ready to be admin its equally not a good idea to give lower and lower levels abusable commands. It would mean we either give people we do not deem ready yet those commands, or we would have to keep the people we do not think would make good admins yet at even lower levels. However, if you imagine we would e.g. give lvl 5 mute or even splat and thus all members we do not want to give those commands have to stay 4...how would you feel if you were one of those? Having to stay at lvl 4 for months and months, no way to climb up the ladder even though youre active and all?
3. Not every person who is admin in one server would be a good admin in another server. We have quite a few servers and they all tend to be different. ND has a lot of rules to be followed, TJ has a more easy way when it comes to bluntness of speech and so on. Just because youre admin in one server does not make you a good admin in another.
I personally do not think we should or even need to tackle this issue with either a team or more commands for lower levels.
We tried both ways in the past and, as someone said earlier, the command-alternative did not go well since we had quite a few people abusing their new power aswell as (see above) people being sad/pissed/feeling not respected for their work due to not getting any more levels.
The team we set up, for those who do not know AoC, consisted of a list of admins who had a certain level on all servers making them able to splat, mute, kick etc. everywhere. They were supposed to be called into the server if there were problems. If they were on a server though and there was a home-admin ingame, they were not supposed to take action. Homeadmins come first.
However, that team disappeared into nothingness because...well. Nobody called them.
And that is exactly the main reason I <<< really do not think we can solve this issue by more people with power.
It can always happen that there is no admin around, especially on servers with a lot of guests or at certain times like early in the morning, during lunchtime, whatever.
However, there are ALWAYS people around, even if not ingame. Steam, Shoutbox, Facebook...we are a highly connected clan. Its not like you can not message anyone of us.
In like 99% of the times people complained about nobody being in the server to deal with rulebreakers, I was online either on steam or forum. Did I get a message? No. Its only a matter of 1-2 minutes to give me a call and for me to connect to the server.
Yet it does not happen. That makes me wonder, is the problem really that big? Because to me it does not feel like it is. If I set myself into that position and imagine I am really mad because there are people breaking the rules ingame and no admin is there....I would go look for one. Instead of doing nothing and then shouting for more power on the forum.
Its not like people with less commands can not do anything against rulebreakers. They can. They just have to actually DO IT, too.

Agree but still I think that on the ND server you need more admins with these commands. Well it usually happens that on the server a lot of people without admins happen that I play me write in to me pm i splat or muted player Breaks the rules or troll

It was oasis , sk in oasis is like a hell map
