Not necessary to make a steam conversation if we can just use this thread.

Sooo, let's say the supreme change happens and it causes tj to have an active leader as well as an active supreme, then therefor those two people are able to take care of the most important administrative tasks together. Then there will be the Co-Leader (legend atm) who isn't that active in the game anymore, but still decided to be somewhat of a forum handler for now. Then there will be 2 recruiters, that do, obviously, recruit people / attract people to join TWC.

Most of the people that are level 7 in Trickjump are mostly not visiting the forum too often and their main purpose is therefor going to be that they keep the atmosphere at the server nice, clean and enforce the rules.

And yes, i indeed think that we do have enough capable people to fill all of the above mentioned spots and that the system could very well work out.

I agree with Speed's proposal:

1 supreme
1 Leader
1 Co-leader
2 recruiters

There are a couple of points I'd like to point out that I think are important during the proces of chosing who will fill in these spots:

Who is willing to do it? It is possible that someone who we find suitable for the job, might not want to be in that possition. We need some who wants it so we are sure he will do it as good as possible.
Who has the time for it? Are we going to put someone at a possition when he already knows he'll be less active for long periode during and after summer?
Communication skills. We need someone who is strong in communication. This is a point where it's going wrong now and we do not want this to happen again. Communication is the key to succes imo and therefor where need to find a medium that will make it easyer to stay in touch with eachother. (steam, Facebook, TWCforum, ...)

If we are going to do this, we need to do it good and think of everything. No need to hurry into a decission Smile

Hi everyone,

I've created a little overvieuw of our current members and their last activity on forum. This might help in getting an overview on what 'positions' we'll need to fill in who optional candidates are. I'm not sure what the next step in this proces is, maybe someone can fill me in Smile

What spots are gonna be changed, mostly are the high admin ones (there will be a new supreme and all the HA spots will be filled as far as possible.)

And its not only forum activity that matters, but almost more importantly that people are active in-game and show up on the server Wink

BTW thx for the overview. If you don't mind I'd paste the numbers into the summary Tongue
