Maybe we should make a new clean-up of member : the record is Dude with 1 year and 6 months.

Chuck, can u take a look on this please? What about demotion or removal completely innactive fellas... I monitor activity frequently and mentioned guys screw activity here especially and there (gs). Shouldn't we clarify this situation up now? I ask again - how the guy can be an admin if he has zero idea what is goin on here (among the clan, rules, amid new settings, new findings etc etc.) + his such called "activity" reminds me UGO (unidentified gaming object) or like I used to nick such guys - the metheors - they appear very seldom for a spark of time and then dissapear forever....

I've already send an PM to Joris with ingame activity but actually it was Andre who actually did something with it. If I'm right, it is located in the NoDownload HA base, named -TWC|No Downloads Promotion Discussion Wink

If I had the right to do it, I'd do it right ahead but I can't.

RE: Ex-Members clean-up on forum - ocean - 13-11-2013

hopefully it will be standard (according to Ligustah's google form) to remove inactive guy after a month (maximum) of unjustified absence, also visits on forum at least once per week for all members as absolute minimum.

1 month inactivity and one visit per week at least... or ban. That's good !

ban? Smile just removal, simple action which takes a minute.

There are enough admins playing to control it and ofcourse with use of forums.

People who read forums will recognize the names of the ones that are kicked out.

RE: Ex-Members clean-up on forum - ocean - 13-11-2013

I can't see any problem to tell such guys - "welcome bro after 1 year of pure inactivity, but u know - time changes, rules change and u have to take ur tags off and put application again if u wanna rejoin".
Each high admin is obligated to keep an order, especially in this case. Sleeping Beauties who woke up after such long time should be enlightened about these simple facts. That's the HA job. I can always run on my smartphone current ND roster and check if such guy should wear the tags (if I don't remember), but usually I / We remember such lads because we constantly discuss about them. Thats'y Johny its important to keep an eye on most important matters Wink That's y we want each member should visit forum constantly and each HA should be involved in the current stream of information.

RE: Ex-Members clean-up on forum - a TEAMMATE - 13-11-2013

I agree with Ocean... i don't see why you should keep HA status even if your inactive for months (i will not tell name to not offend anyone) and then comeback... what Ligu/Antho proposed in poll is good idea imho. Who doesn't play or visit forum is out. It's also a motivation to keep alive both server and forum.
