xWeezal, since you are recruiter of TJ and thus also high admin, i have set your forum account to high admin, that way you can check high admin base.
You know the usage of forum isn't obligated, but may i ask of you that all changes you make, being recruiting someone, banning someone, problems, etc, get posted here on forum please?
The responsibility of this comes with the rank, so i hope you're willing to make an effort and post all important things, you may post if it's not important too though
.Since there are a lot of things going on lately concerning levels, promotions, etc, i know things can be confusing but if any of you have problems or don't know what to do or what is expected of you with new rank, or anything else, just give a yell and we'll be happy to help you further where we can.

I set Njemcina 11 yesterday but I haven't seen Bibkop in game yet.

Normally if you are registered on forum you get level 12 but i'd advise you to not change much atm because there is something wrong with the gtext and commands.
Safe levels to set atm are 11-20-21-30-60-65-900-999 for what i know.
