Because you can check afterwards what has been done doesn't mean you can control the situation right away, and in my opinion it is important that higher admins who watch the server have a clue of what's going on
And even though you asked to not mention it
if you really NEED to hide your commands (the only situation i can think of is when you !finger a suspected cheater) you can still use fireteam chat and there's nothing wrong with it

And also about silent commands: its impossiple to keep eyes on admins behauvior if they use only silent command it the view of highadmin. Why we need to keep an eye on our admins? because sometimes they troll and start abusing. not saying you do it but it has been happened and also it is going to happen in the future when admins are going to frustrate.
also high admins can see more easily wich one of admins are doing their jop whit good attitude and actually cares for server, if they ever wanna apply for high admin.

Fortunately it was idea good to discuss about and thanks for your arguments mates. :P
