RE: ND Chatroom - Enigma - 31-08-2017

Not sure if you want my opinion but im gonna give it anyway cuz I roll like that:

I assume you are talking about these:

Quote:#9. Fair teams rule

When we talk about unbalanced teams that mean +3 players (e.g. 8 Axis vs. 11 Allies.). In this situation admin can choose two ways to solve this problem:
A: Use shuffle command (its recommended to use this option first)
B: Move a player (guest) with the most xp points at that moment.(of course, before he put visitors twc members must swap first.)

If a player does not want to change his team, the following procedure may be used

Procedure:
1. swap player
2. Warn + swap
3. Warn + swap
4. Kick
5. 1 week ban (Proof required, to be posted in the banproof topic)

#10. Serwer supreme is always right

Of course you won't be surprised I won't agree with rule 10 necessarily, since even supremes make mistakes. They do have the final decision in stuff of course, but that doesn't mean they are necessarily right altogether. (Honestly it might even bring abuse in the future if a new supreme pops up sometime sam, or a replacement of Pride who stepped down earlier, and that person clashes with you. Which supreme is right then?)

More importantly rule 9 though, I do agree those 2 are the ways to go, and the highest xp is a good idea since those people with the highest xp won't necessarily leave the server just because of being the ones to balance the team. Though, I would switch the order of option 1 and 2 and recommend using the putting one player on the other team. Why? Because if you !shuffle first, EVERYONE who is playing will be bothered by it. If you put one guest then only that person will be troubled by it. I would much rather trouble one player over troubling everyone playing at that moment. TWC members should ALWAYS be the people trying to balance the teams, but if a guest is the one who has to do it,well it happens, i'm sure they will survive it.

Also: Banning someone for 1 week or even kicking them is very harsh for just not wanting to swap team. If you put them and the team balanced setting is on they won't be able to rejoin the other team anyway?

Good work.

RE: ND Chatroom - Senpai - 09-09-2017

I'd modify rule nr 9. I would stay with this +3 players difference only in case when theres 12 players in prevailing team at least. Otherwise oldschool +2.
