it's not that hard to beat a panzer, just know where he is and don't rush in, wait for him to shoot someone else, then go in and kill him, easy
or if you feel lucky try to kill him before he shoots :P

Sam is right with an engineer is the best was to kill a panzer guy, just rifle nade him or wait until he shots and then kill him, if that doesn't work then the best option is to camp somewhere and wait until you have a clear shot.But then again its kinda annoying when there are only 4 players and the guy uses panzer then i think its best that you just snipe de basterd

Can we limit the engineers molotovs ? i was thinking from 3 to 2 or mybe 1 ?

It has already been limited (somehow) from 3 to 2 a long time ago. Now engineers start with 2 molotovs, though they can increase it to 3 by taking ammo.
