Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - Ligustah - 10-08-2016
Hey there,
as per the poll we had we are currently working on setting up a CS:GO server. While I do own the game, I don't really play it and hence have no idea about what needs to be changed to make it an enjoyable place.
These are the things that were suggested so far:
- tick rate: 128
- ffa deathmatch
I'd be glad if someone who knows more about this could help us figure out/test settings to use.

EDIT:
I should probably mention the server is currently online at csgo.twcclan.org, but will probably be shut down a few times until "official" launch.

I think its the best idea to remain a successful gaming clan for TWC to introduce one or more very popular games like CS!

FFA Deathmatch:
Rifles
Pistols
Headshot Only Rifles
Headshot Only Pistol
Arena (1v1)
Retake ( The round starts with the bomb planted and the Counter terrorists have to "retake" the spot already taken by the terrorists and defuse )
Plugins:
You might wanna try the knife plugin, so that people can use knives without owning them on the server.
If you use the knife plugin, id also recommend the Weapon skin plugin which allows you to use any skin for any weapon.

i gonna test it today if it works
i have hosted cs:s servers with my friend a while ago so i know some plugins what may be useful
one what i like most is Roll the Dice "https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=849987" but dunno if it works on DM but we had alot of fun using that plugin
other plugins were just sound & rank plugins and Throwing knife plugin.

Like the idea.
Although knife and weapon skin plugins aren't allowed anymore by valve.
Could result in your server being taken down.
