today mimus ban me for doing fun with blackeye.
this is not fair. when you apologize this thing i come to the server back.
it was fun to play at this server. but i am old and my girlfriend dont like this game. mimus dont know me. he dont like the famous nuestra. bye at all

i'm sure Mimus has a good reason to ban you. no offence but I don't understand every sentence you typed so far in this thread. what are you talking about? -> you're old and your gf doesn't like ET, okay? what does this have to do with Mimus banning you?
If you want to be unbanned, start telling your side of the story and explaining your actions and Mimus will provide a propre answer to it.

Okay, lets talk about your complaint.
Yes, i banned your for the things you did with blackeye. Which were not considered fun. And you knew that. We talked about it before, you were supposed to leave her alone, especially with those "fun things". You did not, you got a ban.
I rarely ban people, and if i do so you can assume its fair, and has a lot of proof behind it. I did not ban you "only" because of what you did with blackeye.
But ofc you do not have to believe me without seeing proof. So here you go:
1) Constant spamming of "i am nuestra" and "kill all love air" in public chat. Even though this might not seem like a huge thing, also because there are no insults used, we do have rules concerning spamming: GLOBAL: 11. Spamming in chat is not allowed. This includes the use of excessive binds. ND: - No console spamming or excessive use of binds.
2) Using another language (german) in public chat. But not only this, you also insult in this other language:

Rules about other languages and insulting: GLOBAL: 1. Only English should be used in chat. If you wish to talk in any other language, please do it through other forms such as private fireteam, private message, etc. AND 5. Disrespecting other members and guests is not allowed. ND: - English in mainchat. AND - No name calling, swearing, cursing, rascism, antisemitism and/or disrespect.
3) You do not only insult/swear disrespect in german, but also in english:

There are clear rules: GLOBAL: 16. Please maintain a sense of decency while on our servers. No sexist talks. ND: - No sexist talk to the ladies in-game. Our servers are not a dating site.
And those examples were just a tiny amount of what i can come up with as proof. I could probably write a several pages long essay about this. But there is hardly any need to do that.
You play on our server for so long, we can expect you to know the rules.
You even get punished for not following the rules, yet you still break them.
We talk to you about the things you do, giving you chance after chance to change. You do not.
You also knew very well you would be banned if you continue sexist talks (925:28 pm: -TWC|$4m4eL|NMS -> nuest: next time id u say something sexist about blackeye ill ban u for that).
The current ban (4 days) is a very light punishment considering I could have just banned you permanently. And I am not sure if I am not going to do this lateron.

The ban is simply justified. Yes it's a light punishment considering the things that he's done. And I can't stand people insulting others in this way. If I see something like that, I won't hesitate to get that person to an admin's attention. Light punishments are taken lightly by many people. Maybe a little strict punishments might solve this.
