And i already see those rats with a few exceptions who scare of losing their XPs Cause they know that Mayhem's post was about them.

to be honest, I don't quite understand what all this is about. Do you mind explaining?
All I get from your post is that you don't like the way some people reply to other (your?) posts. No idea why that would make them rats.
Also, the people addressed in Mayhem's post do indeed know who they are, but I don't see why they would fear losing their XP?
That's about the least evil they might need to fear, if what was written in Mayhem's post did not deter them.
I would love to understand how that could make you decide to "rage quit". Furthermore, stating your post contains true words seems a little overstated, given all I see is you calling some people rats.
Anyways, I'm not much a friend of deleting posts, unless they are obviously violating our rules of conduct. So feel free to answer my questions, or don't. Whatever pleases you.

There you go with a little explanation The message i sent to Destroy yesterday : I just read my leaving post and its a big LOL! I dont left cause of this one suggestion. I left cause of the ignorance i got from the most of this clan since my "trouble" back in the time of Llama. You may remember i had a suggestion before (not only one.) but im thinking of that When you told me i should ask the MST team about it (i think it was the new translate subforum) I sent it out to all the 5!! MST and got no reply from any of those not even a no. /But i already told it to you that time.
Thats why i left all i got from this clan since the Llama Incident is a big NOTHING! I had enough of this.
Ohh and i wont change my mind.

Well that's a completely different story. I'm not sure what we talked about back then (not at home, no logs here), but it was probably something along the line "I don't decide about stuff like that". My apologies if I didn't make that clear (enough) back then. I notoriously tend to forget stuff I am told about, when I'm busy with something else.
So I take it that "big nothing" is the problem. How exactly does Dope's post relate to that?
Also, please don't get me wrong. I'm not the kind of person that will try to talk you into not leaving. If you've come to a decision, who am I to question that? I do, however, think there's no need to do offend various people along the way. At some point, I'm sure about that, you considered them friends (or companions at least).

I still don't get any of this. I certainly do not remember getting a suggestion PM from you. But if you are talking about an all language board in our forum, I can tell you that is has been suggested in the past. I had agreed to it as long as they included a translated version of each reply.
It seemed that people thought that was too much of a bother and the idea never went any further each time I replied to it the same way. Yes more than once that was suggested.
As for this idea about taking xp away as a punishment. I was hoping members would debate on that and I was happy to see that they did. Sure some were a bit harsh in the way they gave their opinion, but sometimes that happens with translations to English. So people should learn not to be immediately offended when they first read someones reply.
My opinion of the xp punishment, since it seems an answer is desired from an MST is pretty much the same as many of the members have already mentioned. It's not a bad idea but it is hardly a fair punishment because, as stated many members do not care about xp. Many have already lost it for one reason or another. Usually because of server issues or loss of guid.
So how would it be a punishment to a member who has little xp already or to a member who doesn't care about xp and is only concerned with having fun. Which by the way is what we all came to this game for in the first place.
No idea or suggestion is a bad one, but not all will work as the suggester has hoped. This is not the first idea to not make it past its original post in forum.
Back to what you said about a mass MST PM you sent out some time ago. How long ago did you send that and why is it suddenly bothering you now? Why wouldn't you bring it up to one of us like, "Hey did you have time to read my PM?" Like most members do when they feel they are being ignored.
Mistakes like that happen. We honestly don't have time to deal with every situation that comes up here in TWC. But we do try our best to deal with things when we have time.
So like I offered you in shoubox. I am willing to listen to any concern you may have. Hopefully you wont decline my offer as you did in shoutbox.
I am a bit annoyed that soon after my offer and your declining it, you made an attack post which is in my eyes a very immature thing to do. And if this is the way you want to continue to behave, then I will recind my offer to help and take back the words of hoping you would reconsider and rejoin, that I had made in your rage quit thread.

Seems you forgot that i told u some days later that i will Take a Look waht Most of the members say.
