Once upon a time, when I was supreme [...] I allowed to Hani & Smurf create a new (the second one) fireteam on HeadShot.
The reason was, BoH (now ThE') was totally inactive.
Nowadays, when you've got two fireteams and both of them have a few members, it's useless to keep them alive.
Marriage is advisable.

And they lived happily ever after.

In my opinion it's good idea. You can organize ETpro trainings (what is impossible when you have 4 members). Somebody could say that ETpro trainings are wasting time but I think (and some members will agree with me) that ETpro is one of the best ET mods (after etjump ). And I think that HS doesn't have (maybe I'm mistaken) enough members for 2 fireteams. Also it's better when you have one really active training which can compete with other fireteams.

Maybe lots of you don't remember it but 4-5 years ago there was a ND member called Alf (my irl friend) and he was really into ETpro so he found a fireteam called IBa. They played a lot of scrims (mostly against BoH) and it was really awesome (lots of fun, getting some skills and experiences with scrimming). I really miss those times when almost every week a fireteam played scrim and I commentated it.

I didn't voted because it's HS thing but I wanted to tell you my opinion.

Totally agree with Revauld.
Creating a big FT and training with it is pretty awesome, nice bonus is that you will get better in ET a lot after practising
