First thing I've noticed and thing that I would change is deleting rank colours(they look gay to me ). Another thing is that there should be only 3 ranks, that is: leader, coleader and member. I think that the position of recruiter is not so important, or even useless. If somebody is a good candidate for a member or not should be leader's and coleader's decision. Those are only my suggestions and I hope that only the most skilled players would be members of this team(players like eru or nirv, and other pro players).

Didn't know where to post, so just a quick question. On wich server do you play these scrims and or trainings?

some nitpicks on ST trainings

~ As a sT| Member you have to visit 6 meetings out of 8, at least for 30 minutes, meaning 1,5 hours per week. [GMT +1 19:00-20:00] ~

1. 6 out of 8 is ridiculous

2. there's 8 days in a week?

3. 30* 6 = 90?

~ Of course everyone else is welcome to join us, But only sT| Member are allowed to play during training! Specs will be muted! ~

1. Why should specs be muted? They can give criticism.

2. Why only ST members? It might help to go against some good etpro players (like me)

#1. 6 out of 8 is fair.. We don't expect them to make EVERY meeting but showing some effort about skills and actually caring about the team is mandatory!

#2. No, there is "28" days in "4 weeks"

Spec will be muted, It's for the reasons our sT| members are TRAINING and doesn't need to be distracted from spec players! ( you want to give criticism, then post in suggestions after the training is over )

Only sT members are allowed to play because, we want to learn each others skill / knowledge on the fact how we play together! & learn strategies for teamwork! Not saying this is perm there will be times sT members train against other players ( Non Member ) but for now NO!

The official training will only be for St members .

That is why it is a St training to train whit St members .


And if you like 2 help you always can try to join the St


And we will have practice matches against non St members .

I suggest , that we have Leader/Coleader from different time zones.. 3 would be nice! Because i'm not gonna lie it's very confusing for me to understand how it works !
Any feedback?
