RE: Building my own PC
My built PC cost about 1000 euros. If you are like me who doesn't know much about building a computer or buying a components of it, I'd go to a local forum, what would point out the components for you. I'm pretty sure you will find something similiar to that. I did too. This is how I got my computer.

Also building it by yourself isn't actually hard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0bUghCx9iso&t=1511s

I used that to get it together. Worked like a charm.

PS: If you are an engineer, you will get it to work 100%. I got it too.

E: I recommend not to buy any bullshit like LEDs or something, you will just waste your money.

RE: Building my own PC
Hi subzero,

which games do you play or what are the tasks are you gonna do with it?
I see you choose an i5 6500(4cores 4threads) which is a good processor but is already 2years old.
At that pricepoint you can buy a ryzen 5 1600 or 1600x, or a newer i5 or i3 model for same price + better performance.(which is more futureproof)

Alternate, Megekko, or a local computerstore can make computers.

i've build my second pc 2 months ago : ryzen 5 1600(6core 12 threads), gtx 1060 3gb, 16gb ddr4 2400 ,Asrock ab350m pro4 mobo, im very happy with it.

If you want more information about computers or so, check ''tech deals'' on youtube.
He explains everything you need for what parts you have to use.
Techsource is also an excellent youtuber who shows how to build a pc, which is not hard; & fun, and saves alot of money instead of let it build for you Tongue
I hope it helps a bit Tongue

RE: Building my own PC
It's mainly for playing all kinds of games and to make sure I can keep playing new games for some time to come.
I choose that processor based on price and quality compared to others. Do you have an other suggestion, better one for about same price?

I've compared with AMD's Ryzen but they seem less in quality for games and prize just little bit cheaper then intel's.

I've been checking out tech deals already on youtube handy channel, thanks for input!

PS I've also updated my pcpartspicker list.

Thanks everyone!

And again I changed some things thanks to input from Wiggle, went for an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 CPU
and for motherboard with the msi b350 gaming plus.

No problem subzero Tongue, you may get a bit more fps with the newest intel i5 cpu's,but if you play games like GTA V, COD WW2,... ,with a 6core/12threads cpu,it will be like 40% usage only of your cores, the cpu is future proof, good choise Tongue
